Our Crisis Response services assist your organization in thoughtfully responding to issues and incidents around identity. We provide prompt, thoughtful investigation and assessment from an independent perspective.
Our Crisis Response & Dispute Resolution services use facilitated dialogue to find common understanding and explore options for mutually satisfactory resolution. We recognize the importance of dialogue to provide participants the opportunity to share openly about their experience, feelings, and needs.
We specialize in resolving identity-related issues and incidents involving race, gender identity, sex, religious/spiritual beliefs, sexual orientation, age, ability differences, ethnicity, nationality, and/or socioeconomic status.
Open communication is key. Using surveys and interviews, we get to the bottom of what is happening and provide you deeper insight. We use a facilitative approach to mediation serving as an independent third party supporting negotiation between the participants to meet their needs and interests. Through insightful questions, we encourage exploration of underlying needs and interests and options for achieving them. This approach leads to more satisfactory and longer lasting agreements. We manage the process. Participants are in control of the outcome.
